How we do shipping
Domestic Shipping
As always, you get $4 flat shipping on all orders up to $49! Plus, once your order is at $50, your shipping is totally FREE!

*Due to increased volume, all orders are taking an average of 2-4 days to ship.
Once your package is packed up in our warehouse, we then hand it off to FedEx who will ship it to you according to the delivery speed you choose.
And remember, only our Standard shipping can deliver to P.O. boxes, so be sure to use your home address if you want to use FedEx Ground.
We are honored to have our military customers shop with us. As a reminder, packages sent to overseas APO or DPO addresses are required to go through a military U.S. post office before leaving the country. Only our standard shipping can deliver to overseas APO or DPO addresses. Thank you for your service!
Canadian Rates
You get $12 flat rate shipping on all orders! Packages are shipped via FedEx's International Economy option and delivered within 2-6 days, depending on proximity to the US Border.
International Rates
We like to keep international shipping simple at Juno Doll. You can choose from three flat rates, depending on your order size:
Rates are calculated based on order size before the cost of shipping is applied. For example, if Cindy from Australia makes an order for $100, an additional $35 flat shipping rate will be added on during checkout, making her total order cost $135.
International packages are now shipped using FedEx MailView.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Occasionally, our international customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. Also, when customs clearance procedures are necessary, delays can be caused that will increase the time it takes to arrive.
Returns
Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. Thank you for understanding!
Damaged Goods
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.
