About Our Doll Jersey Fabric
For heirloom quality doll making, careful selection of fabrics is paramount. Choosing a premium double knit interlock jersey is the safest choice. All Planet Applique In the hoop cloth baby dolls are designed to be used with a 2 way knit fabric. Our fabrics are compared to De Witte Engel Jersey Knit. If you are making your own doll from your own patterns, our fabrics will work perfectly and come in colors you are already familiar with! We also highly recommend lining your dolls with a lightweight fleece or our premium doll lining fabric to strengthen sewn seams, provide a smoother appearance to your cloth doll after stuffing, and give a solid feel to the completed cloth doll.
